Tuesday 14.00-15.00 and Wednesday 14.00-15.00.

Send your booking request at least two working days before the tutorial, via the link "Book a tutorial on information searches" in the menu to the right. If your requested times are unavailable, we will suggest other options. The booking is completed when you have received a booking confirmation and after confirming our proposed time.

More information

Tutorials are offered to students at Södertörn University and The Swedish Red Cross University College who are writing essays etc. and want to learn more about information searches or referencing.

Together we will work with identifying your information needs, formulating search words, searching in relevant search tools, developing your search techniques, evaluating texts or writing references.

A tutorial is a teaching session where we focus on your learning process rather than the actual finding of texts. You are therefore expected to contribute actively during the session. Your experience and needs are our starting point.
