Terminating your housing contract

Termination of contract.pdf  Our policy on terminating your housing contract is a full 2 calendar months, which means that if you hand in the attached form on March 8th, the contract will expire on May 31st.

Bank details for refunds

payments_foreign_bank_accounts.pdf  If you're leaving early and have handed in the contract termination on time, then fill out this form to get your prepaid rent back. Remember, refunds can only be paid out for rents paid in advance (such as is done for payments for January and June) if we are given two full calendar months notice in writing.        

Your thoughts on our service

Accommodation evaluation form.pdf  Before the end of your stay you will be required to fil in an evaluation form in which you can put down your thoughts about Södertörn University's housing service.
