IT environment

Students at Södertörn University receive a login for the university’s ICT systems. An SH-Account is needed to access computers that are linked to SUNI, which is the local network, and to the SH-StudyWeb.

A login provides access to :

SUNI - the local network

  • Computers.
  • Scanners, printers and photocopiers.
  • Library databases.

Office 365

  • Exchange Online – the university’s email platform.
  • Skype for Business – chat, online meetings and web communication.
  • Office Web Apps – web browser versions of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote.
  • OneDrive for Business – used to store, organise and share documents, 1 TB free space.
  • Office 2016 Pro Plus – download and installation the latest version of Office on up to five different personal PC/Macs.
  • Download apps for Smartmobil, tablet PC and iPad, etc.
