My work at Södertörn University is divided into three functions , subject coordination , teaching and research. In my function as a subject coordinator of psychology , I aim to: improve the quality of the substance tuition, simplify course administration and dessimination of the substance internally and externally. In my capacity as a lecturer I teach in several of the courses that are part of the basic training in psychology and on parts of police training that focus on psychology. I conduct my research at, Södertörn University, Uppsala Univeristy and the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH).

My areas of interest for research are moslty focused on effect of acoustic environments on annoyance, stress recovery and attitudes. The current projects are supported by EU-FP7 and Vindval 2015. Side projects include effects of study technique on test grading and perspective taking as a method on improving communication between parties. Methodologically I use computer supported experiments, surveys and epidmiological exposure methods to conduct my research.
