Lektor på Södertörns högskola Arbetar i första hand som handledare och deltar i ett aktuellt forskningsprojekt.

Var tidigare i tio år chefredaktör för tidningen OmVärlden, som handlar om internationellt utvecklingsarbete och ges ut med stöd av Sida. Tidigare lektor i journalistik vid JMG, Göteborgs universitet (1992-99), samt även gästlärare vid JMK, Stockholms Universitet 2008-2009. Har arbetat som journalist bland annat på utlands- och nattredaktionerna på Göteborgs-Posten (1984-91), på flera lokala dagstidningar och medverkat i redaktionen för flera specialtidskrifter.

gående forskningsprojekt:  studier av källkritik och arbete mot desinformation i samhällsjournalistik 

Avhandling: Omvärldskonflikter i journalistik och forskning – förutsättningar för en dialog, Padrigu press, Göteborgs universitet 1995.
