My research
I finished my Doctoral Degree in Scandinavian languages with a thesis on objectless sentences in June 2016.
My research focuses on the syntax and semantics of Swedish, more precisely on distinct verb-object relationships and which types of objects and verbs that can be assumed as grammatically relevant and basic for (the Swedish) language. Distinctions between different grammatical categories, such as transitive and intransitive verbs and arguments and adjuncts, is also a topic in my research.
On a more general level, my primary area of interest is linguistic competence, especially syntax, semantics, syntactic theory, argument structure and event structure, whereas much of my data is gathered from Swedish language use.
The researcher is not participating in any projects at this moment.
