Web-based learning

Do you want to develop the teaching methods in your course and are you thinking about how digital tools can support learning? The library offers consultation and support in the development of web-based elements.

We offer you, as a teacher at Södertörn University, support for creating learning materials, for example web-based lectures and instructional videos. Book a meeting with us or invite us to your school's faculty- or teachers'- meeting! Topics might concern, for example:

  • Course planning and examinations in SH-StudyWeb
  • ICT-tools and other digital teaching materials
  • Factors which affect the work of teachers on web-based learning.


Workshops and university teaching

The library offers workshops and participate in the higher education courses. Previous themes have been, for example: Prezi, Flipped Classroom, The use of open educational resources in teaching, Student active lectures. For latest information, go to Development Unit for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education webpages and the intranet.
