Welcome to a conference on the 27–28 November 2023 at Södertörn University on research perspectives on police officers' knowledge and working conditions. The conference is organised by the School of Police Studies.

The themes are broad, with presentations either from a perspective that relates to the challenges and opportunities of the police profession, or which thematise professional knowledge in relation to the police. The School of Police Studies is a multidisciplinary institution and we welcome presentations from the humanities and the social sciences.
