Doctoral Student Lunch on Data Management

Welcome to the thematic lunch meeting for doctoral students. Henning Strandin, Data Steward at Södertörn University, will talk about data management.

The university’s Data Steward (forskningsdatasamordnare), Henning Strandin, will give a brief introduction on how to manage your research data within your project, touching on:

* how to find a suitable storage location for your data, based on its confidentiality and who needs access to it during the project
* how to preserve your data long-term in accordance with the university’s routines
* how to publish research data openly according to Open Science principles
* how to complete your data management plan
* where to find information about research data management and how to get help from the university
 
The meeting is part of thematic lunches organized by the Doctoral Council at Södertörn University. A lunch salad will be waiting for the first 10 doctoral students — first-come, first-served!
