Carl Cederberg is a philosopher, active at the Centre for Practical Knowledge (CPK). He teaches CPK's own courses, the subject of Philosophy, and also the programmes for Teacher Training and Police Training. He is also director of the postgraduate programme in the Theory of Practical Knowledege.
In 2010 he defended his doctoral thesis: Resaying the Human. Levinas Beyond Humanism and Antihumanism External link.. The theoretical perspectives for his research derive mainly from classical and continental philosophy, and are applied primarily in ethical and political theory, as well as on the notion of professional and practical knowledge.
