Ester Appelgren, Ph.D. Media technology and Graphic Arts

I am currently the Head of school at Natural Sciences, Technology and Environmenal Studies, Södertörn University.

I am also an Associate Professor in Journalism with a focus on Media Technology.

My research interests are focused on Data journalism, Media Leadership and Digital integrity.

I am a member of the editorial boards for Digital Journalism, and Journalistica. This year, I am one of two chairs for the Journalism division of Nordmedia.
