Lotta Victor Tillberg (born 1971) Associate Professor and Doctor of Philosophy in Skill and Technology. She presented her thesis "Caring as Art – a study on skills among healthcareworkers" at the Royal Institute of Technology in 2007. Her research is focused on what impact experience based knowledge, or practical knowledge, has in developing skills, leadership and quality. She has worked on issues of military professionalism since 1996. In addition to military practice she has also worked with health care workers, actors and teachers. Amongst other things, Lotta has been involved in the publication of the anthology "Mission Abroad: Military Experience from International Operations (2008) and is one of the authors of "Mission Commander – Swedish Experiences of Command in the Expeditionary Era" (2013). Since 2011 she is working in the project Modern Military Profession and the Use of Force at the Swedish Centre for Studies of Armed Forces and Society (CSMS). Since 2010 she is teaching Practical knowledge at the School of Culture and Education at the Södertörn University.
