Governing documents
Södertörn University is a public authority that is governed by laws, ordinances and other statutes. The university is also managed using internal governing documents. Governing documents for the university as a whole are primarily decided by the Governing Board, Vice-Chancellor, Chief Administrative Officer and Faculty Board. The purpose of standardised and unifying governing documents is to develop and assure the quality of our operations and to achieve the desired results.
