Södertörn University has converted to distance education – no teaching on university premises from Wednesday 18 March

The Swedish Government's recommendation is that all higher education institutions move to distance education from 18 March. Södertörn University has followed this recommendation and there is no teaching on university premises. Students are asked to stay updated about their course or programme via SH-StudyWeb. Staff and students can access the university premises with their keycards and both Infocenter and the library are open.

Do you want to borrow library books over the holiday season?

The holiday season period starts on Monday 2 December for three-week loans and on Monday 16 December for course literature.

The holiday season period starts on Monday 2 December for books that normally have a loan period of three weeks. For course literature, the holiday season period begins on Monday 16 December. Books borrowed after these dates do not need to be returned until 8 January, at the earliest.

Books that are available for three-week loans have green labels and may be borrowed by anyone with a library card.

Course literature is marked with a yellow label and can be borrowed by students and staff at Södertörn University, Red Cross University College, Karolinska institutet, KTH Royal Institute of Technology and the University College of Music Education.
