Pay overdue fines online with Swish
Now you can pay your overdue fines from home using the Swish payment service. Log in to My Loans, go to the “Fines” tab, and click on the Swish icon. Convenient, right?

Starting from January 2025, you no longer need to go to the library to pay your overdue fines. You can now easily pay your fines remotely via My Loans External link. on the library’s website. Under the “Fines” tab, you can see if you have an overdue fine that needs to be paid. Press the Swish icon and follow the instructions in the application to pay the fee directly.
Please note that you can only pay completed overdue fines, i.e., fees for books that have been returned or renewed. If you have a borrowed book that has exceeded the return due date, you must first return the book before you can pay that specific overdue fine.
It is still possible to pay overdue fines with a debit/credit card or Swish at the library’s information desk.
On the page Overdue fines and invoices, you can read more about the rules regarding overdue fines.
