Katarina Elofsson's research is about international, national and regional environmental policy for water quality management, wildlife, biodiversity, and climate policy.

I work part-time at Södertörn University, and otherwise at Anthesis AB. My research revolves around sustainable behavior, with a focus on energy issues and energy efficiency.

My main research concerns innovation (ICT) and firm dynamics, but as an applied economist I also venture into international trade, human capital, tourism and environmental change.

My research is in energy and environmental economics, with a focus on applied policy analysis of energy efficiency and other issues in energy markets.

I am teaching environmental and development economics. I also do some teaching on heterodox economic theories and practice. My research interests gravitates around electricity

I am researching refugees and entrepreneurship in the Baltics and Eastern Europe, focusing on how it supports economic and social integration despite structural challenges.
