Södertörn University has converted to distance education – no teaching on university premises from Wednesday 18 March

The Swedish Government's recommendation is that all higher education institutions move to distance education from 18 March. Södertörn University has followed this recommendation and there is no teaching on university premises. Students are asked to stay updated about their course or programme via SH-StudyWeb. Staff and students can access the university premises with their keycards and both Infocenter and the library are open.

Borrowing books

Information on how to borrow a book at the library.

Printed books

You can borrow printed books in our check-out machines, or come to the information desk if you want assistance. You must have a library card or SH card. Please note that only students or staff at Södertörn University (SH), The Swedish Red Cross University College (RKH) or the University College of Music Education in Stockholm (SMI) may borrow our course books. Databases and e-books

You can access e-books and databases by using your SH-account if you are a student or staff at SH. Use your RKH-account if you are a student or staff at RKH. All other visitors, including all student at other universities are welcome to the library to use our e-resources in the library.
