In-person examinations

Written examinations are one form of assessment at Södertörn University. Registration for written examinations is obligatory. All written examinations at Södertörn University are anonymous, so students are allocated a code for their exam instead of their name, making them anonymous when the exam is marked.

Before an in-person examination

At the in-person exam

What should I bring with me?

You must bring a valid form of ID to your in-person exam (read more in the expander box). If you are sitting an in-person exam on a computer, you must also have the username and password for your SH-Account. You may have your username and password written on a note or in your phone, but you must put the note/phone away before the exam starts.

When does check-in for the exam hall open?

When you check in, if your exam is on paper you will receive an anonymous code, which you write instead of your name on all the material you hand in. If you are sitting a computer-based exam, the anonymous code is automatically linked when you log in to the digital exam.
