Returning books late
What happens if you return a book late?
We will automatically renew your loans on course books and 3 week loans, when they are due, as long as there is no obstacle, for example that the book has been reserved by another user, and provided that you don't have a total debt of or exceeding 100 SEK. You will receive an email the day before the book's due date letting you know if it could be renewed, or if you must return it. Day loans and reference books cannot be renewed. If you return the book after it is due, you will get an overdue fine.
If you have overdue fines of or exceeding 100 SEK, you will be blocked from borrowing, renewing, and reserving books. As soon as you pay your fines in full we will remove the block. You will also be blocked if you have an unpaid invoice.
