You have five days to either accept or decline a housing offer. If you decline the offer, please do so without delay so that we can offer your housing to the first person on the waiting list. Changing housing is not possible. If you decline the first offer, you will not receive a second one and must find your own housing.
You have been allocated a single/shared room:

Room number: flat number
Holding deposit: the first month’s rent
Second invoice: remaining rent for the semester
If you wish to accept this offer, please do so in Mobility Online and inform us of your decision by email. We will then send you an invoice for the holding deposit, which is non-refundable. If you have not received your invoice by date, please contact us immediately and we will re-send the invoice. You will have 10 days to make your payment. Please follow all the instructions on the invoice.
The second invoice must be paid by the end of August/December. You cannot collect the key to your room until the total cost has been paid. Rooms are only rented per semester, so even if you are here for a shorter period you must pay for the whole semester.

(Autumn semester only) Please note that the last day of the semester is date January. We recommend staying at a hostel if you have an exam after the last day of your rental contract. If you are renting for a full academic year, the last day of your contract is date.
