Open Seminar on Sustainability Transitions and Transformations
Welcome to an open seminar on different perspectives exploring sustainability transformation and transition research through different academic perspectives and experiences.
We warmly welcome you to a 90-minute seminar on different perspectives exploring sustainability transformation and transition research through different academic perspectives and experiences. This includes a focus on the role that universities can play in supporting and enacting deliberate societal change. Initially, Dan Karlholm, the seminar facilitator, will make some opening remarks to set the scene for the ensuing discussion. Next, panelists will be asked to present their initial thoughts on their relationship to sustainability transition/transformation. This will be followed by a more in-depth discussion between the panelists on key points of interest in the sustainability transformation/transition field. The audience will then be given an opportunity to put questions to the panelists. The final part of the seminar will be dedicated to distilling key issues raised in the seminar.
