Camilla Larsson is a doctoral student in Art History at BEEGS (Baltic and East European Graduate School) at Södertörn University. The Polish artist and theatre maker Tadeusz Kantor (1915-1990) is the historical pioneer and starting point for her PhD research project. The study will look into how artists and curators work with the legacy of Kantor today. The case study is inscribed within larger tendencies in contemporary performance and performative practices, and will be discussed in relation to notions of history, memory and translations between visual and performing arts.
Works as an independent curator and writer. 2006-2015 she was the curator at Bonniers Konsthall.
The researcher is not participating in any projects at this moment.
