Telecommunications and media infrastructures: Historizing contemporary public service media.

The Kpub seminar is organized against the background of the ongoing government inquiry on the Distribution of radio and television programs in a new media landscape. The final report, originally due in September, has been postponed until next year, but an interim report is expected in December.
