2nd Annual Conference of the Södertörn-Baltic Network on Intellectual Property and Circular Economy
Theme: Singing Together in Intellectual Property to Accelerate the Circular Textile Industry in the Baltic
Dates: 9–10 June 2026 | Södertörn University, Stockholm
The textile industry is at the heart of sustainability challenges—and opportunities. This conference explores the intersection of intellectual property (IP) law and circular fashion, with a particular focus on Baltic countries. Our goal is to identify legal strategies and harmonized approaches that foster sustainable textile practices while ensuring compliance with EU regulations.
By bringing together scholars, practitioners, and policymakers, the event aims to advance academic and policy discourse on IP and circular economy, addressing critical gaps in law, business models, and governance. We welcome contributions that examine legal frameworks, innovative IP strategies, and sustainability solutions within the EU and Baltic context.
