On this course you work with external organisations and in multidisciplinary groups, applying your knowledge of sustainable development to a project and reflecting upon leadership and on challenges to sustainable development. You will learn to identify, organise, design and evaluate innovative suggestions and interventions that contribute to sustainability.

Valuable professional skills This course provides skills that are useful training for your professional life, such as developing project plans, selecting and using the appropriate management techniques and instruments, facilitating team efforts, measuring and reflecting upon you efforts and communicating the results to relevant stakeholders in speech and writing.
Real life challenges in sustainable development If you want to work with sustainability challenges, improve your skills at working in groups and managing projects, as well as expand your contacts with organisations that prioritse sustainable development their priority, then this is the course for you! Participants on this course formulate ideas and develop and implement projects that are based on challenges that concern everyday realities of organisations and local communities, with the aim of contributing to sustainable development. The challenges are presented by external partners, but ideas for projects are formulated by students working in multidisciplinary groups, with the help and support of stakeholders, teaching staff and peer reviews.
