I am a PhD researcher working on topics related to civil society resilience and the changing civic space in Eastern Europe. My dissertation project explores how non-profit organizations adapt to challenges and sustain their work across different regional contexts.

In addition to my research, I teach the master’s-level course Challenge-driven Project Management for Sustainable Development.
