I am a Sr lecturer in business administration with a focus on organization and leadership. My area of interest in terms of both research and teaching is culture and sustainability. I am currently the program coordinator for the bachelor's program Cultural Management. I have also contributed to the development of the international Master's program: Leadership for Sustainable development, with three specializations: business studies, economics and sociology, where I still teach. The program has been developed in collaboration with municipalities, authorities, companies and civil society.
My research focuses on cultural organizations and cultural policy. The latest research projects deal with cultural incubators, the significance of cultural planning and place making as well as culture and sustainability. In my thesis, I studied creativity and relationships in a concert hall and a symphony orchestra.
I have also had various management assignments at the university such as Head of department, Deputy head of department and director of the department of University Pedagogical Development.
The researcher is not participating in any projects at this moment.
