Human Resources drives improvement and works operatively on matters relating to the university as an employer.
We provide advice and support to university management on issues such as recruitment, terms and conditions of employment, working environment and equal opportunities, professional development, salaries, negotiations and rehabilitation.
We work closely with the university’s recruitment committees on the recruitment of tenured teaching staff, the promotion of lecturers, senior lecturers and associate professorships.
The unit is also responsible for the university payroll.
