Planning

The unit coordinates university processes for operational planning in close cooperation with Finance & Auditing and University Support Services. The annual operational plan for the university is based upon the university’s development plan and public service agreement.

Systems management for strategic IT systems

The strategic IT systems at the university have guidelines that govern their acquisition, development and decommissioning or replacement.

Preparatory group

The head of planning leads the preparatory group for strategic IT systems. Other members of the group are university project managers, as well as IT specialists from the Library and Campus and ICT Services.

Project management

Project managers primarily lead university-wide projects, but can also provide support regarding the use of project models or act as sounding boards during the various phases of a project.
