Research areas for doctoral studies
Södertörn University has around one hundred active doctoral students in the humanities, social sciences and natural sciences. Most of them are conducting their doctoral studies in one of the five areas for which the university has degree-awarding powers. We cooperate with other Swedish universities on doctoral education and are a partner in multiple national graduate schools.
