Flemingsberg Centre
The student housing is located at Flemingsberg Centre. International and Swedish students live in either single or shared studio apartments at the first five floors. There is a supermarket, gym, restaurants, a café and the train station, Flemingsberg Station, is an 8-minute walk from the residence. Huddinge Centrum is one train stop away and has shops, banks and other services.

Size: approx. 23–26 sq. m.
Rent: About SEK 36 000 - 38 200 SEK* per room each semester. The rent includes water, heating, electricity and internet.
The room has its own kitchenette and bathroom. There is a common laundry room in the building.

- Wardrobe

Double room in Flemingsberg Centre
Size: approx. 23–26 sq. m.
Rent: About SEK 20500 SEK* per person each semester. The rent includes water, heating, electricity and internet.
Each shared studio is 23-26 square metres, with a shared bathroom and kitchenette. The building has a communal laundry room. Two students of the same gender share the room, each with a single bed. Your roommate may come from a different country and age group, so the environment is diverse and inspiring. Good manners and a positive attitude are essential – you must be prepared to respect any cultural differences and communicate openly. Living together requires flexibility, so be prepared to adapt, compromise and solve minor issues early on.

Rules
Respect your roommate’s personal space and belongings. Keep your area tidy and share responsibility for cleaning common spaces. Overnight guests are strictly forbidden. Visitors are only allowed with your roommate’s consent. Use headphones for music, videos, and calls; keep noise low, especially mornings and nights. Do not share keys or access cards. Report any problems or damage immediately.
