When you email Infocenter or some other units at the university, you will receive an automatic email stating that your case has been received. If your email address is registered in Student-Ladok, you can click on a link in the email to see, respond to and track your case in the self-service portal. Log in to the self-service portal with your SH-Account.
If your email address is not registered in Student-Ladok, you will receive an automatic reply with a case number, but no link to the self-service portal. Instead, you communicate via email.
