Welcome to the library. Here you will find information on our regular and Holiday opening hours. Further down on the page you will see how to reach us. We are happy to receive both questions and opinions. Please note that you can only visit the library within our opening hours. Don't forget to bring your keycard (SH-card) when visiting the library during evenings and weekends.

Opening hours

Regular opening hours, from 26 August

Monday–Thursday	8:30–21:00 Valid for visitors with keycards. For the public: 8:30–16:30, from 2 September.
Friday	8:30–19:00 Valid for visitors with keycards. For the public: 8:30–16:30, from 2 September.
Saturday–Sunday	11:00–17:00 Valid for visitors with keycards. For the public: 8:30–16:30, from 2 September.

Regular staff is present on Monday–Thursday until 16:00 and Fridays until 15:00. The library is staffed by library hosts on the rest of the opening hours.

Visit the library on weekdays after 16:30, and on weekends

From September 2, 2024, the library has changed opening hours for the general public. The library is open to everyone on weekdays at 8:30-16:30. After 16:30 and on weekends, a keycard (SH card) is required to visit the library. Only students and staff at Södertörn University (SH), Swedish Red Cross University (RKH) and The University College of Music Education in Stockholm (SMI) can receive a keycard

Keycards can be picked up at the Infocenter, upon presenting valid ID.

Remember to always have your keycard available when you visit the library during evenings and weekends.
