I am a researcher on an Östersjöstiftelsen-funded project led by Dr Sanna Strand and Associate Professor Emil Edenborg on the militarisation of three Baltic Sea Islands.

My current research explores the intersection of identity, religion, and security perceptions in the Western Balkans.

My main academic interests are in comparative European politics, especially political parties and case-orientated research methods.
